Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Kir Dergachev, the individual developer who operates Armovia ("we"). They cover your use of the app. By using Armovia, you agree to them; if you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Armovia catalogs the clothes you add and suggests outfits from them. Suggestions and collage images are generated with AI, and only after you allow AI processing in the app — you can change that choice anytime in Profile → AI features. They are recommendations to help you decide, they can be imperfect, and they aren't professional advice — you're free to ignore them.

Your account

You can try Armovia as a guest or sign in with Apple, Google, or an e-mail code, and you're responsible for keeping access to that account secure. You can permanently delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → Delete account). You must be at least 16 years old to use Armovia.

Your content

The photos and wardrobe details you add remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store them, to process them with the AI services that power tagging and outfit suggestions, and to provide the app's features to you — nothing more.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or misuse the service.
• Don't use the app to do anything unlawful.

Pricing

Armovia is free, with fair-use limits on AI features. If paid features arrive, they and their prices will be described clearly in the app before you're charged, and purchases will be handled through the App Store.

Availability & disclaimers

We work to keep Armovia reliable, but the app is provided "as is," without warranties. We don't guarantee that suggestions will suit every occasion or that the service will always be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Armovia is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
